Your New Home Contract

Once we have discussed the all the items and changes in quote and it signed off, we will start preparing you New Home Contract. Which all this is happening which will be also working with engineer to develop structural plans and other industry professional to prepare construction plans. Once the Contact is signed off, we will start applying for all necessary Approvals to ensure seamless construction process.

Once all the necessary approval has be finalised and received and Construction plans finalised, we will apply for the building permit. This is generally 1- 3week process depends upon if any further information is required by register Building Surveyor.
